Overview

The FlexSite dashboard is the control panel for your websites. The left sidebar is your main menu. Which links you see depends on where you are: managing your whole team account, a single website, or one copy of that website.

Key concepts — three levels

Think of FlexSite in three nested levels:

  1. Organization — your company or team account. It holds billing, members, shared media (Digital Assets), and the list of all websites.
  2. Project — one website. Each project has its own settings, team access, and (for most tiers) one or more environments.
  3. Environment — a separate running copy of a project’s site. Common names are dev (for testing), staging (for review), and prod or production (the live site visitors see). Not every tier uses multiple environments — Atom typically has one.

When you click deeper (org → project → environment), the sidebar updates to show tools relevant to that level.

Organization context

From the organization Projects page, the sidebar usually includes:

  • Projects — list of all websites in this organization
  • Members — who can sign in and what org-wide role they have
  • Billing — plan, payment, and credits
  • Digital Assets — shared media library with Library, Image Styles, and Connect to Site
  • Settings — organization name and advanced options
  • Support — contact FlexSite help (requires an ACTIVE paid plan)

Project context

Open a project from Projects. The sidebar focuses on that website:

  • Overview — status, quick actions, and summary cards
  • Environments — list of site copies (Codeless / FlexLab)
  • Team — who can work on this project
  • Domains — custom web addresses (e.g. www.yourcompany.com)
  • Quality — performance and health reports
  • Tier-specific items: Themes (Codeless), Code (FlexLab), SEO & Forms (Atom)

Environment context

After you open Environments and select one environment, the sidebar shows tools for that copy only:

  • Overview, Quality, Build Settings, Automation, Domain Settings
  • Backups and Themes (Codeless)

Steps — move around confidently

  1. Use the organization selector in the top bar if you belong to more than one org, or to reach Members / Billing quickly.
  2. Click Projects anytime to return to the list of websites.
  3. Inside an environment, use Back to Project (or similar) to go up one level to the project.
  4. Open your profile menu (your name or avatar) for Profile (account details) and Tokens (passwords for CLI tools — mainly FlexLab developers).
