Overview

Flexy AI is FlexSite’s in-dashboard assistant. Ask questions in everyday language about your organization, projects, environments, advisories, and where to click next — without reading every help article first.

What Flexy can help with

  • Explaining a yellow advisory banner (“What does Redis mean?”).
  • Finding the right sidebar path (“How do I add a custom domain?”).
  • Summarizing environment status or recent deploy errors in plain language.
  • Pointing you to relevant help topics for Atom, Codeless, or billing states.

How to access

  1. Sign in to the dashboard.
  2. Click the Flexy / assistant icon in the top bar or floating panel.
  3. Type a complete question with context: “My staging environment shows an error after sync” works better than “help.”

  • “Why is my staging environment in error?”
  • “How do I add a custom domain on Codeless?”
  • “Explain this configuration advisory about Redis.”
  • “What’s the difference between sync and clear cache?”

Limits and privacy

  • Flexy reads platform metadata (status, advisories, plan state) and published help content to answer you.
  • Flexy cannot click buttons for you — destructive actions (delete project, change payment) must be done manually in the UI.
  • Flexy is not a replacement for Support on billing disputes, contract terms, or prolonged outages on ACTIVE plans.
  • Do not paste passwords, API keys, or personal data into the chat.
